ITINERARY

DAY 1 - AUCKLAND TO BAY OF ISLANDS

Friday 13 November

Guests will be collected from their downtown Auckland accommodation (actual pick up times yet to be advised). As we make our way to Paihia we will stop at the Puhoi Organic Distillery for a presentation and tastings and then at the Whangarei Native Bird Recovery Centre for a guided tour - this is your chance to see, up close, some of New Zealand's endemic and native birds.  Once you have settled into your accommodation the group will meet for dinner.

Accommodation: Kingsgate Hotel Paihia, Bay of Islands.

Included: Distillery tasting, guided tour of the Whangarei Native Bird Recovery Centre, group dinner.

Guests to supply meeting organisers with their downtown Auckland accommodation details and any dietary requirements they may have.  

 

DAY 2 - BAY OF ISLANDS

Saturday 14 November

Today we will travel by ferry from Paihia to Russell for a guided tour of Pompalier House. You will then be free to explore Russell before meeting back up with the group for the Hole in the Rock Dolphin Cruise. Following the Cruise we will return to Piahia where you will have free time to explore Paihia. 

Accommodation: Kingsgate Hotel Paihia, Bay of Islands.

Included: Breakfast, ferry transfers, guided tour of Pompalier House, Hole in the Rock Dolphin Cruise.

 

DAY 3 - BAY OF ISLANDS TO AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Sunday 15 November

Departing early, we will travel from the Bay of Islands to Auckland International Airport.

Included: Breakfast. 

 

INCLUSIONS

Per person prices include accommodation, meals and road transport as per itinerary, tour guide, Puhoi Organic Distillery presentation and tastings, guided tour of National Bird Recovery Centre, passenger ferry from Paihia to Russell, guided tour of Pompallier House, Hole in the Rock Dolphin Cruise, drop off at Auckland Internatinoal Airport and New Zealand Goods and Services Tax at 15%.

Not included in the per person prices are free time activities, non-specified meals, flights, travel insurance, gratuities, laundry charges, communication charges.

Price on a twin or double share basis is NZD$1,300.00 per person.

Price on a single basis is NZD$1,600.00 per person.
