Mountain Biking

 

Woodhill Forest is a sand based pine forest, providing all weather trails. For mountain biking enthusiasts there are over 50 named trails, which provide over 100 kilometres of single track riding and over 100 purpose-built, council compliant jumps and stunts. Woodhill Mountain Bike Park has become renowned throughout New Zealand's riding community as an exceptional and unique mountain biking destination. 

 

Wednesday 11 November                                    
Depart 7:45am, Return 2:30pm
Guests to supply meeting organisers with any dietary requirements they may have.      

 

ITINERARY

7:45am:  Guests to meet at the Registration Desk at Aotea Centre.

8:00am:  Depart Aotea Centre bound for Woodhill Forest.

Morning:  With an intimate knowledge of both Woodhill Forest and mountain biking your guides will help you get the most out of your ride by tailoring it specifically to the ability and fitness of your group, while also providing friendly coaching along the way during the two hour mountain biking experience.

Lunch:  After mountain biking we will travel to Hallertau Brewery to enjoy a beer tasting and group lunch. We will return to Auckland following lunch.

2:30pm:  Arrival back at the Aotea Centre. 

 

INCLUSIONS

Per person prices include transport, tour manager, helmet and mountain bike hire, mountain bike guide (1 guide per 10 bikers), beer tasting, lunch (mains and desserts), bottled water and New Zealand Goods and Services Tax at 15%.   

Guests to pay directly on the day for all beverages they have with lunch.
